He prides himself on his logical approach in assisting clients to make informed decisions, how to best tackle complex technical projects and ultimately deliver valuable outcomes.

Jeremy is the Managing Partner of Blockman Partners and is a highly commercial Carve out specialist. He was previously the Interim CTO for ISIO and the Interim CTO for Interpath. Both these businesses were carve-outs from KPMG.
 
Jeremy delivered these successful carve-outs and left outstanding teams with the structure and due process for the incoming permanent CTOs to progress.
 
Jeremy has advised many PE firms on the technical Due Diligence process and whilst with Exponent he along with PWC executed the technical Due Diligence and rapidly delivered the exit of ISIO within a challenging multi-stakeholder environment. He has been a CTO for over 20 years and has also acted as an Interim CEO for a SaaS-based software firm within the Financial Services Sector.
 
Jeremy is passionate about delivery and with his seasoned and enthusiastic approach thrives on building successful teams to achieve the goal, of successful and seamless carve-outs.

Jeremy Warren

Managing Partner
Mark has worked within the Cloud and IT Services sectors for the past 25+ years and has been involved with many major infrastructure transformation and migration projects for clients who have included BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Google and Telefonica O2.
 
The past 10 years has seen him work more specifically within the cloud space responsible for leading large scale multi-region cloud transformation projects for companies including Cofco International and Informa Plc.
 
More recently Mark was responsible for delivering the relatively small carve out of Soteria Insurance from the sale of Co-Op Insurance to Markerstudy Group and jointly delivering the Interpath carveout from KPMG alongside fellow partners Jeremy Warren and Christopher Rees.
